FBR wants a reason (error 0027) and remarks (error 0028) on every credit or debit note.

Why it happens

The reason was not chosen, or the remarks box is empty.
If this tool says the reason is accepted but FBR still returns the error, the field name FBR expects may differ. Tell us on WhatsApp with the error text.

How to fix it

Choose a reason from the list.
Write a short remark: what happened, for example "customer returned 1 faulty battery".
