By using this site you agree to these terms.

  • The site and the FBR Sender are free and are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always work or be free of mistakes.
  • You are responsible for the invoices you make and send: the buyer details, items, HS codes, units, rates and amounts. Check them before you send.
  • You are responsible for your own tax compliance, your FBR token and your whitelisted IP address. Keep your token private.
  • Your data is kept in your browser. If you clear browser data or change device, it can be lost. Keep your own copies of important invoices.
  • You must keep backups of your invoices (see the Data page) and keep them as long as the law asks (six years under the Sales Tax rules).
  • We do not promise that FBR will accept an invoice. We check common mistakes before you send; FBR decides.
  • This site and the FBR Sender are independent free tools. We are not FBR, not PRAL and not your integrator. You register in IRIS and get your token and IP whitelisting yourself.
  • Do not use the site to break the law, to attack other systems, or to make false invoices.
  • We may change or stop the site at any time. We may show ads on public guide pages.
  • We are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, to the extent the law allows.
  • These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.

اس سائٹ کو استعمال کرنے کا مطلب ہے کہ آپ ان شرائط سے متفق ہیں۔

  • سائٹ اور ایف بی آر سینڈر مفت اور جیسے ہیں ویسے فراہم کیے جاتے ہیں۔ اس کی کوئی ضمانت نہیں کہ یہ ہمیشہ چلیں گے یا ان میں غلطی نہیں ہوگی۔
  • جو انوائس آپ بناتے اور بھیجتے ہیں اس کی ذمہ داری آپ کی ہے: خریدار کی تفصیل، آئٹم، ایچ ایس کوڈ، یونٹ، ریٹ اور رقم۔ بھیجنے سے پہلے خود جانچ لیں۔
  • اپنے ٹیکس کے تقاضوں، اپنے ایف بی آر ٹوکن اور اپنے منظور شدہ آئی پی کی ذمہ داری آپ کی ہے۔ ٹوکن کو خفیہ رکھیں۔
  • آپ کا ڈیٹا آپ کے براؤزر میں رہتا ہے۔ براؤزر کا ڈیٹا صاف کرنے یا ڈیوائس بدلنے پر ضائع ہو سکتا ہے۔ اہم انوائس کی اپنی کاپی رکھیں۔
  • سائٹ کو قانون توڑنے، دوسرے سسٹم پر حملے یا جھوٹے انوائس بنانے کے لیے استعمال نہ کریں۔
  • ہم کسی بھی وقت سائٹ میں تبدیلی کر سکتے ہیں یا اسے بند کر سکتے ہیں۔ عام معلوماتی صفحات پر اشتہارات دکھائے جا سکتے ہیں۔
  • قانون جتنی اجازت دے، اتنی حد تک سائٹ کے استعمال سے ہونے والے نقصان کی ذمہ داری ہماری نہیں۔
  • یہ شرائط پاکستان کے قوانین کے تحت ہیں۔
  • اپنی انوائسز کا بیک اپ آپ خود رکھیں (ڈیٹا صفحہ دیکھیں) اور قانون کی مدت تک سنبھال کر رکھیں (سیلز ٹیکس قواعد میں چھ سال)۔
  • ہم یہ وعدہ نہیں کرتے کہ ایف بی آر انوائس قبول کرے گا۔ ہم بھیجنے سے پہلے عام غلطیاں پکڑتے ہیں؛ فیصلہ ایف بی آر کا ہے۔
  • یہ سائٹ اور ایف بی آر سینڈر آزاد مفت ٹولز ہیں۔ ہم ایف بی آر، پرال یا آپ کے انٹیگریٹر نہیں ہیں۔ آئرس میں رجسٹریشن، ٹوکن اور آئی پی وائٹ لسٹنگ آپ خود کراتے ہیں۔
